you've undoubtedly been awaiting the next time I was going to post something -- well the wait is over my friend. I've decided to limit the sugar in my diet as drastically as possible -- so raisin bran and bran flakes are out. if you check the ingredients, after 'bran' usually comes like three kinds of sugar. so I've switched, indefinitely, to some off-brand shredded mini wheats with no sugar added. just wheat and preservatives. I've decided to enhance the flavor, if needs be, with fruit of some kind. we'll have to see how this turns out. Considering the speed with which I generally devour cold cereal I probably won't even notice.

You won't last. No one on earth can keep the amount of fruit on hand that it will take to sweeten the bucket loads of cereal you eat. And it's not like you can choke that crap down without it. No matter how quickly you inhale your cold cereal, it will never remove the fact that your eating small sharp squares of fibery cardboard; the slicing of your esophagus will only happen quicker through your inhalation...which I guess is a plus. It's like ripping off a band-aid: get the pain over with as quickly as you can.
